With more than 35 years experience as a restaurateur and caterer in Canada and Europe, Swedish born Sven Svensk and his family brought European tradition and quality to the preparation and presentation of Creative Catering’s dishes.
Since 1981, the company has established a fine reputation for providing high quality, moderately priced catering to the Lower Mainland. And each year their popularity grows with the repeat business of their satisfied customers.
In 2004, Sven’s Creative Catering welcomed Lea S. Holdo into their team. Born and raised in the food industry, she is a fresh addition to the company. Lea has worked for prestigious catering companies in Australia and Vancouver. Equipped with a degree in Culinary Arts from Hotel TAFE plus an Advanced Diploma in Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu, Lea's vision is to lead the company to great new heights by developing menus in response to the ever changing needs of the catering market while upholding the same care and quality Sven has provided to his clients all through the years. With this addition, the company changed its name to Fiesta Creative Catering.
